0 Caffeine & 0 Oxalates: Palo azul is also caffeine-free, as opposed to green tea or black tea which have around 25-50 mg caffeine per cup. Palo azul has 0 oxalates, which are anti-nutrients that can cause inflammation and bind with calcium to form calcium oxalate crystals (kidney stones). Green & black tea have around 4-16 mg/cup and several sources recommend limiting oxalates to 50mg per day.
Alkaline: Studies show that palo azul has minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium, which make it alkaline, unlike black tea, fruit teas, and some herbal teas which are slightly acidic.
Potassium-saving diuretic: A study showed that palo azul is a potassium-sparing diuretic, meaning that it flushes out toxins without electrolyte loss because it spares potassium. As opposed to regular diuretics like coffee and green tea which flush out electrolytes.

Magiktea's Palo Azul tea is THE best that I have ever tried, and I am so grateful that the product is such a reasonable price! I have been drinking at least one cup a day for the last week, and I am already noticing various benefits, such as an increase in energy and hydration, as well as a decrease in inflammation, which has significantly decreased my endometriosis pains. Additionally, I have noticed a huge decrease in bloating, no pre-menstrual breakouts, and even slight weight loss (it's only been a week, but I started this tea in my late luteal phase and it's now my early follicular phase).
I have also gifted one of my orders to a girlfriend of mine with PCOS and, as of recently, a separated collarbone and ligament tear, which she believes has also aided in her healing and pain management. To be honest, I have been surprised by the results. I have diabetes, and even when taking metformin, I used to have severe headaches because sometimes my sugar levels would become uncontrolled. I have been drinking this tea for almost 3 months, and besides enjoying its refreshing taste, I like it cold, I have also noticed that my sugar levels are under control, and I have stopped taking the medication without experiencing any negative effects on my body. I started drinking palo azul because I've had 5 kidney stones and I would drink apple cider vinegar every morning to prevent kidney stones but the taste makes it hard. I read about this tea that would help with kidney stones and replaced the apple cider vinegar and I actually enjoy the flavor. It's been over 2 years and I haven't had a kidney stone since so I am glad I found out about this tea
This tea has worked wonders for me. I absolutely love this tea, not only is the flavour good it also has helped my general well being and have less bloating. Since drinking this tea I haven’t needed antibiotics to clear up my UTI infections. I also bought it for my brother-in-law, who is a paraplegic from the waist down and this has worked wonders with his UTI infections as well, to the extent that his UTI’s episodes have dramatically reduced.

You can literally feel this tea detoxing your body as soon as you drink it, I drink 2 cups every day and I feel that it is so cleansing for my body.
